We can’t guarantee our products will always be perfect but we CAN guarantee that we’ll always be here for you in case it isn't.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?

All Sodarizer products are covered under our lifetime warranty. We’ll make sure that any defective or broken components that are within the normal use will be either repaired or replaced. 

All you’ll need to do is provide us with proof of purchase and proof that you’re not using your Sodarizer in any way that would void the warranty. 

What’s excluded from the lifetime warranty?

As much as we'd want to cover every damage that you could encounter with your Sodarizer, there are certain things that go beyond our warranty. Warranty will be voided if:

• Your Sodarizer shows any signs of impact or shock due to any accident or mishandling.
• Machine is attempted to be modified or repaired by anyone other than an accredited Sodarizer technician
• Use of any other co2 tanks or use of any co2 other than that provided by Sodarizer

 When am I eligible for the lifetime warranty?

Your Sodarizer will automatically be covered under our lifetime warranty immediately after purchase. You’ll just need to present proof of purchase and have used our refill service in the past 3 months.
