Ingredients

1/2 cup milk (may be dairy or plant-based)

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

A few drops of vanilla extract

1 cup sparkling water (from your Sodarizer)

Whipped cream and cinnamon for garnish
Directions
On a stove, warm your milk in a small pot on low heat until it is hot. (Make sure it doesn’t boil.)
Pour the hot milk into a blender. Then add in the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Blend them until silky smooth.
Fill a glass or mug halfway with your pumpkin spice blend.
Top it up with sparkling water and stir gently.
Finish off with a big dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
