- We genuinely hope there are no issues, but if there are, we'll arrange for your unit to be picked up and repaired before returning it to you.
- In the rare event that a fix isn't possible, we'll promptly send you a brand new replacement to ensure your satisfaction.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Rest assured, every Sodarizer product comes with a lifetime warranty. If you encounter any defects or broken components under normal use, we'll take care of it by either repairing or replacing them.
To initiate the warranty claim process, simply provide us with proof of purchase, along with evidence that you're exclusively using Sodarizer Co2 and that it has been used in a manner that doesn't void the warranty. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we'll ensure a smooth and hassle-free resolution.
What’s excluded from the lifetime warranty?
We want to cover as much as we can for your Sodarizer, but there are specific situations that our warranty doesn't include. The warranty won't apply if:
- Your Sodarizer gets damaged due to accidents or mishandling.
- Anyone other than an authorized Sodarizer technician tries to modify or repair the machine.
- You use any other CO2 that hasn't undergone the rigorous standards and beverage-grade tests of Sodarizer CO2.

When am I eligible for the lifetime warranty?
Once you purchase your Sodarizer, it will automatically be protected by our lifetime warranty. To avail the warranty, all you need to do is show proof of purchase and demonstrate that you have used our refill service within the last 3 months.
