Ingredients
1/2 lime (sliced)
1 tsp to 1 tbsp brown sugar
A small handful of mint leaves
Ice
Soda water
Directions
Toss lime slices, sugar, and mint into your fave glass.
Muddle gently using the back of a spoon or anything similar.
Fill the glass with ice.
Top off with freshly made soda water.
Stir, sip, repeat.
Optional: Add a dash of rum if you want it spiked 😉
