We only accept returns if your item is defective or damaged upon arrival. You have 30 days to let us know.

To request a return:

1. Email us at info@sodarizer.com with your order number and a photo or video of the issue.

2. Wait for our team to approve it before sending anything back.

3. We’ll provide a return label and simple instructions.
