Do I need empty tanks?

Yes. To use our CO₂ Tank Exchange service, you'll need to provide the same number of eligible empty tanks as the number of refill tanks you order. For example, if you order a 4-tank exchange, you'll need to return 4 eligible empty tanks.

Which tanks are eligible?

A: We accept standard 60L CO₂ cylinders that are in good, reusable condition. Your tank must have its original label, an intact valve, and show no signs of major damage, heavy rust, dents, or unauthorized modifications. If your tank is missing parts, has a damaged valve, or has been altered, it may not qualify for an exchange. If you're unsure, contact our support team with a photo of your tank, and we'll be happy to help verify its eligibility.

How fast is the coinisse?

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most customers receive their replacement CO₂ tanks within 3–5 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

What does one-way free shipping mean?

A: One-way free shipping means we cover the shipping cost for sending your replacement CO₂ tank to you. You'll simply return your empty eligible tank using the provided return instructions. Any return shipping costs, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

We also serve customers outside Metro Manila. Delivery times and shipping fees may vary depending on your location. During checkout, we'll calculate the applicable shipping options for your address. Yes. If you don't have an eligible CO₂ tank to exchange, you can purchase a new tank outright. Simply select the appropriate option when placing your order. Please note that purchasing a new tank without an exchange may have a different price than the exchange program.
