If you were actively online during the lockdown era, chances are you tried—or at least saw—the viral whipped Dalgona coffee.
Just in case you didn’t:
Back in 2020, Dalgona coffee took the internet by storm. This Korean-inspired coffee went viral because it was Instagrammable, easy, and made staying at home feel special.
Fast forward to today. We’re still obsessed with Biscoff, and fizzy drinks are having a major moment.
So we combined the nostalgic Dalgona trend with current flavor obsessions and added the sparkle of soda water for a bold, refreshing twist.
This version is lighter, bubblier, and addictive. Whether you’re a coffee girlie, Biscoff lover, or just into trying new drinks, this one’s for you.
The Biscoff Dalgona with soda water is what happens when your two favorite drink trends have a baby. It’s sweet, frothy, and fizzy with enough nostalgia to make you smile and enough flavor to make you want another.
Ingredients
2 tbsp Biscoff spread (smooth or crunchy)

Want it creamier? Add a splash of milk or oat milk before the soda.
