Dubai Chocolate is everywhere right now. And yes, we went there.
If you've been scrolling, you've seen it. The pistachio-chocolate combo took over café menus, went viral, and somehow made everyone crave a drink they didn't know they needed.
So we created a sparkling version you can make at home. Same rich, nutty flavor, but with a fizzy lift that makes it feel like you ordered it somewhere nice. You didn't. You made it yourself. And it took about 3 minutes.

What You Need
- 1 tbsp pistachio paste or pistachio butter
- 1 tsp cocoa powder or chocolate syrup
- 1–2 tsp honey or condensed milk (to taste)
- ½ cup milk (or oat milk for a lighter feel)
- A generous handful of ice
- Sodarized sparkling water
How to Make It
- In a glass, combine your pistachio paste, cocoa powder, and sweetener. Mix until it comes together into a smooth base.
- Add the milk and stir until fully blended. This is your flavor base — taste and adjust the sweetness here.
- Load up the glass with ice.
- Pour in your Sodarized sparkling water slowly. This builds a light, fizzy layer on top. Don't rush it.
- Give it a gentle stir (not too much, you want the layers to stay interesting). Finish with crushed pistachios if you're feeling it.
