Sodarizer Service Center – Lifetime Warranty Terms & Conditions

At Sodarizer, we believe in the quality of our soda makers — that’s why every unit comes with a Lifetime Warranty, as long as it’s properly cared for and used with our refill service.

  • HERE'S EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW:
  • What’s Covered:
    We’ll repair or replace your unit for free if there’s a problem caused by:

    ● Manufacturer defects
    ● Normal use over time

    Just make sure your unit has been actively refilled with us.


  • Active Warranty Condition

    To keep your Lifetime Warranty active:

    ● You must have refilled your unit through an official Sodarizer refill service within the last 6 months
    ● If no refill has been done in that time, the warranty is temporarily paused
    ● Once you refill again, your warranty becomes active again moving forward


  • ❌   Not Covered: Your warranty doesn’t cover damage caused by:

    ● Dropping, Misuse, Mishandling
    ● Liquid damage outside normal use
    ● Opening, modifying, or repairing the unit yourself or through unauthorized shops
    ● Using non-Sodarizer CO₂ tanks or refills
    ● Normal wear and tear (like small scratches or fading) that don’t affect function


  • Requesting for Assistance

    We’re more than happy to assist you with any concerns regarding your Sodarizer unit.
    To help our team better understand and resolve your issue, we kindly ask that you follow the steps below:

    1. Provide Complete Information


    To begin, please share the following:

    ● What issue are you experiencing?
    ● When did it start?

    🔴 IMPORTANT:To help us accurately assess your concern, videos of your unit are required. This allows our team to properly diagnose the issue and provide the most efficient support.

    2. Initial Diagnosis


    Once we’ve received your information and videos, our team will:

    ● Provide an initial diagnosis
    ● Guide you through basic troubleshooting, or
    ● If needed, create a Service Center Order for further inspection

    If a Service Center Order is required, we’ll ask for your:

    ● Full name
    ● Contact number
    ● Address (to confirm your purchase in our records)

    🔴 IMPORTANT:
    If a Service Center Order is created, we will assign you a Service Order Number.
    Please keep this number for tracking and reference. You may request this anytime from your point of contact.

    3. Repair or Replacement (If Needed)


    If servicing is required:

    ● We’ll request that the unit be brought to our Service Center
    ● Our team will proceed with the necessary repair or part replacement
    ● Once ready, we’ll notify you so you can arrange for pickup or book a courier


    🧾 Proof of Purchase & Ownership

    To keep things fair:

    ● Warranty is only valid for the original buyer (non-transferable)
    ● Please keep your proof of purchase (receipt or email confirmation) or register your unit with us
    ● We may ask for this to verify your warranty claim


  • Where Repairs Are Done

    ● All warranty repairs are done at our authorized Service Centers only
    ● Customers are responsible for any transport or courier costs in sending the unit to us

    A Few More Things:

    ● If your unit needs parts, we’ll provide them for free if the damage is covered
    ● If it can’t be repaired, we’ll replace it with a refurbished or equivalent model
    ● Our team will inspect the unit and decide if it qualifies under the warranty
