Three little habits to help you survive the candy rush.

Halloween is all fun and games… until the sugar crash hits 😵💫

Between the costumes, candy, and excitement, things can get chaotic fast.

That’s why we put together a simple Candy Plan: three easy habits to help you enjoy the night without the meltdowns (or the sugar hangover).

 

1️⃣ “Fizz First” Rule

Before any candy gets unwrapped, make a fizzy drink together using Sodarizer! It’s a quick pause to hydrate, fill up a bit, and dial down the cravings. 


2️⃣ Candy Check-In

Once you’re home, the kids can spread out their loot and do a quick “candy check-in.”
